Country Manager France

Areas of responsibility:

• Delivering profitability against the Bank’s plan
• Creating marketing strategies to boost customer growth;
• Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets;
• Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals including team bonus targets;
• Deal with complaints or queries that are escalated up through the department;
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share;
• Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features);
• Ensure the department works in a legal, compliant and effective manner;
• Staff development and management;
• Ensure policies and procedures are up to date;
• Understand customer experience and provide recommendations for areas of improvement.

• Able to read, write and speak fluent (native or almost native level) French and English;

Education/Experience:

• Minimum three years of relevant experience;
• Previous experience in banking or similarly regulated environment is desirable;
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Banking, Business, Finance or Statistics;
