Reporting to the Customer Service ‘Team Leader’ Germany & Austria, the Customer Service Administrator will be directly involved in handling loan applications of Novum Bank’s German & Austria customers.

Novum Bank Limited is a private credit institution that operates under, and applies, the European Union banking regulatory framework. The bank is licensed and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) to operate outside Malta. The bank has two lines of products, card/store value and micro-lending.

What will you do

  • Allocate required documentation to fulfil credit application;
  • Document checking for due diligence;
  • Detect and identify suspicious activity;
  • Organizing documentation in an orderly filing system;
  • Periodically reviewing of facilities;
  • Comply with laws, regulations, company policies and procedures as required;
  • Scanning and filing incoming mail;
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Who are you?

You are an energetic, empathetic and positive individual. You have a strong attention to detail and are able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.

Required Skills

  • Minimum Secondary education;
  • Able to read, write and speak fluent English. Additional languages will be a benefit;
  • Previous experience in similar role is preferred, but not a must;
  • Experience with customer database is a plus;Team player with customer oriented mind-set;
  • Able to demonstrate basic computer skills including use of Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, and Excel);
  • Able to follow oral and written instruction and to identify exceptions;
  • Attention to detail, initiative and high standard of work;
  • Willingness to learn and grow.
