Via our career-section you can find a total overview of all our open jobs. Via our 'Choose location' filter you can select the location of your choice. From there you’ll be able to refine your search based on your specific interests.
How does the application process work?
Please apply online via the 'Apply Now button' on the job page and complete the application form in full. Leave your contact details, e-mail address and telephone number and enclose a detailed CV and cover letter. We will use your personal data exclusively in regards to your application process and employment at Novum Bank Limited.
After submitting the application you receive a confirmation letter and our HR Team gets back to you to inform you about the further application process.
We conduct interviews via telephone, Skype and Teams, but we also offer personal interviews for applicants.
What should I expect during the interview?
The interview process is one of our best opportunities to get to know you better, and for you to get to know our people and our businesses. In most cases, candidates will meet with the hiring manager or sometimes with other team members.
You’ll be asked questions about your academic and work experiences, and you’ll have a chance to ask some questions about the bank.
You should also have a good sense of what value you think you may bring to our business and be prepared to offer examples of your past achievements or successes.
