The Customer Service Officer is responsible for handling sales, loans, customer on-boarding and document verification of our Loan Portfolio. Your role will be in Loan Applications / Customer Service with the many opportunities to develop you career into other areas of our business. Engaging with customers by phone / email ensuring the best customer service protocols are provided. You will be required to be comfortably fluent in either German or Dutch language.

What you’ll be doing:
- Helping customers to finish their loan application;
- Assisting customers with their loan repayment schedule;
- Answer their questions via phone, chat, SMS or email;
- Focused on enhancing the overall customer experience and promoting other potential products across our business.
- Most importantly, putting customers at the heart of everything you do.
Your profile:
- Passion for helping people and making our customers feel important / special.
- Written and Verbal fluency in English and German.
- Previous Sales experience in any industry would be of interest.
- Focused and target driven, competitive and eager to deliver excellent customer service.
- You like working in an international company with many different cultures around you.
- Previous experience of working in any sales / customer role by phone or directly.
