The Customer Service Agent is responsible for handling sales, loans, customer on-boarding and document verification of a loan portfolio.

Novum Bank is a well-known player in the consumer credit market under its label Cashper. You haven’t heard from us? Then you might not needed a micro loan before, because that is what we offer. Next to that, we have multiple MasterCard product, retail deposits and some corporate accounts.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Helping customers to finish their loan application;
  • Assisting customers with their loan repayment schedule;
  • Answer their questions via phone, chat, SMS or email;
  • Looking for ways to upsell to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue;
  • Most importantly, putting customers at the heart of everything you do.

Your profile:

  • You’ll love helping people and have a real passion for making customers feel special;
  • Written and verbal fluency in English and German;
  • You’ll be target driven, competitive and money hungry;
  • You like working in an international company with many different cultures around you.
  • Previous experience of working with customers over the phone
