We are looking to add a Junior/Medior SEA Specialist to our team of Digital Marketing Experts. Our marketing team is composed by several specialists looking after various channels (SEO, PPC, Email marketing, Affiliate marketing). You will be responsible for assisting SEA Specialist analyzing & reporting channel performance, monitoring competitors, assist in launching test & campaign optimization as well as, depending on your level of experience, managing your own Google Ads account(s).

You will have the possibility to work together with international digital specialists, deep-dive into Google Ads accounts with multi-million € budget across several EU markets, grow your SEA and data analysis knowledge.
Role:
- Update SEA reports with objective of keeping track of SEA performance in each market.
- Perform in quantitative analysis of all sorts (bidding, quality score, user CLTV etc)
- Assist the SEA specialist with various tasks (preparation and evaluation of A/B tests, keyword research, bid optimization etc)
- Own some of our accounts with full freedom in any aspect (bidding, testing, creatives) & align directly to country manager when it comes to country targets and how SEA can help reaching those. Depending on your previous experience, owning an account can happen immediately or after a few months.
- Always up to speed with latest SEA news & beta features.
- Possibly also be involved in other PPC platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok etc).
Experience & Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads search campaigns (Must). Ideally also Display, Video, Pmax etc.
- Strong data analysis skills (Must): Excel has no secret for you and you use it daily to analyze large datasets and extract useful insights that you will share with marketing specialists.
- Any experience with Paid social (Facebook, TikTok etc) is a strong plus.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or other areas where analytics and business are applied.
