We are on the lookout for a Creative and Driven Marketing Officer to join our small but Dynamic Team. If you have a couple of years of experience, and you’re ready to take on more ownership, this role could be perfect for you. You’ll be dreaming up campaigns, bringing them to life, and seeing the results of your work firsthand. From Concept to Execution to Performance Analysis. You’ll be shaping how we engage with Our Customers.

Role Description:
- Designing and Running End-to-End Campaigns that keep Customers Engaged and excited.
- Turning ideas into Fresh, Creative Strategies that boost Loyalty and Lifetime Value.
- Rolling out Campaigns across Multiple Channels. Think Email, Social, Digital and In-App.
- Keeping a close eye on results, using Data and Insights to make Campaigns even better.
- Working hand-in-hand with colleagues across the business to ensure our voice is consistent and on brand.
- Testing, Learning and Experimenting to discover what really works.
- Helping to shape the customer journey with Personalised, Timely, and Relevant messages.
- Bringing Energy, Ideas and Attention to Detail to every Project.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 2 to 3 years of Marketing Experience, ideally with B2C Campaign or Customer Retention.
- You get the Customer Lifecycle and know how to Engage people at every stage – or willing to find out.
- A Creative Thinker, who isn’t afraid to Pitch Ideas and make them happen.
- Comfortable with Data, able to understand and improve Campaigns.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- *Fluent in German and English (Written and Spoken).
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in a Regulated Environment (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, Telecoms).
- Familiarity with Compliance considerations in Marketing Communications.
