We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operations Compliance Manager (OCM) to lead our first-line compliance efforts within the credit card operation. This role is critical in ensuring that our credit card operations adhere to regulatory requirements while maintaining operational efficiency. In addition, the OCM will manage the customer life cycle and oversee CRM operations to enhance customer experiences and support business objectives. While separate from the bank’s central compliance team, this role will collaborate closely with them to ensure alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

First-Line Compliance Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for first-line compliance within the credit card operations team.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures that meet regulatory standards and align with the broader compliance framework of the bank.
  • Conduct regular reviews of credit card operations to identify potential compliance issues and ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Work closely with the central compliance team to stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure these are integrated into operational practices.
  • Provide training and support to the credit card operations team on compliance-related processes and procedures.

Credit Card Operations Oversight:

  • Ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining compliance, working alongside Customer Experience Manager.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure all operational processes support compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and reduce compliance risks.

Customer Life Cycle Management:

  • Assist the management of the customer life cycle, from acquisition to retention, ensuring all stages meet compliance requirements.
  • Work with customer service, marketing, and sales teams to develop strategies that improve the customer experience while adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Analyze customer data and interactions to identify risks and opportunities for compliance and operational improvements.

CRM Operations Management:

  • Oversee the operational management of the CRM system, ensuring it supports compliance, operational efficiency, and business goals.
  • Manage CRM data integrity, workflows, and reporting functions to support customer relationship management and compliance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve operational issues and implement CRM enhancements.
