As Data Analyst you'll be improving Collection Strategies, Processes, and Tools in all the countries we are operating in Germany, Austria, Spain Denmark & France. You’ll do that by detailed analyzing of reports, drawing conclusion, implementing, and monitoring changes. You’ll experiment with tools and approaches, constantly improving the way we’re doing business while always having our customers satisfaction in mind.
Role:
- Tracking Collection results, analyzing reports and giving recommendations based on your conclusions.
- Improving and designing new reports with BI team.
- Tracking used tools efficiency, with special focus on Auto Dialer solutions.
- Improving CRM, Core Systems, and Auto Dialer.
o Designing changes based on your own conclusions and/or team’s needs.
o Working closely with IT to shape those changes the best way.
- Designing strategies’ changes and tracking their efficiency (A-B tests, champion-challengers).
Experience & Skills:
- Love for numbers and natural data analysis skills.
- Logic and reason driven approach.
- Working proficiency of SQL and Excel.
- Good understanding of computer software and hardware.
- Written and verbal fluency in English.
- Living in Malta or being able to relocate.
- Experience with CRMs and Auto dialer solutions would be a plus.
- Previous experience in Collections, MIS, or BRM roles would be a plus.
